Support the project

HomeServer-LAB is free — and will always be. But keeping it running takes time and money. If it has been useful to you, consider supporting it.

Why donate?

AWS costs money
Lambda, DynamoDB, Bedrock, and API Gateway all have real costs. The site runs lean but it still costs money every month to keep online.
Site security
Keeping the site secure requires ongoing investment — Cloudflare protection, security monitoring, and regular updates to prevent vulnerabilities.
Built by one person
HomeServer-LAB is a solo project. Every tutorial, every line of code, every feature is built and maintained by one developer.
More tutorials
Support helps justify the time spent writing new tutorials. Every contribution motivates more content and faster updates.

How to donate

Donations are handled through Ko-fi — a simple, transparent platform with no platform fees on tips. You can donate any amount you want, once or regularly. No account required on Ko-fi.

Every contribution, no matter how small, genuinely helps. Even a single coffee covers a day of AWS costs.

Where does the money go?

AWS infrastructure — Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and Amazon Bedrock for the AI assistant. This is the main running cost.

Domain renewal — homeserverlab.org annual renewal.

Tools and services — monitoring, analytics, and other small services that keep the site running reliably.

There are no salaries, no office costs, and no investors. Every euro goes directly into keeping the site online and improving it.
